  • Crash's lawyers, as hired by Crash's uncle, found the gun to be faulty, firing even when the safety was on. This makes for two incidents wherein Crash was involved and almost charged with murder due to faulty products.
  • David had an affair with Lori.
  • Taylor breaks up with Max.
