This article lists character appearances for all main and minor characters of Finding Carter; infrequent guest characters are excluded from the tables.

These tables are a work-in-progress.

Legend

The legend below serves as a key and scale. If a character's appearance falls under more than one color, the highest color (the color closer to the top) receives priority.

For example, if a character is mentioned and appears in a flashback, the corresponding slot is colored in with {{cyan}}.

However, if the character dies in the episode, {{red}} is used to mark their death.
